Sainlo Events is headed up by Executive Chef-Director Jean-Luc Sainlo. Jean-Luc has over 25 years experience working in top restaurants both in France and the UK, including forming part of the team that won a Michelin star at Gordon Ramsay’s Amarylis.
Jean-Luc is a fount of knowledge on the dishes that work best in business situations, paying attention to detail with regard to the set-up of the event, timescales and the space available. He has specially created a range of menus that have wowed our business clients at events of all shapes and sizes.
