Corporate Events FAQs

This depends a bit on the size and style of the event you are planning.larger conferences take a bit more time to plan so book as soon as you can and get the ball rolling. We recommend 4-6 months minimum. Smaller events can be run on less lead time but a good rule of thumb is around 4-6 weeks. That said, if you have a last minute event and you want some help always give us a call as you never know we may just be able to help.

The food you provide at training, meetings and conferences is often overlooked and underestimated and many question if it really makes a difference. However, the responsiveness of teams after a good meal is visible. Good food will lift morale, improve productivity and can even influence your organisation’s brand perception.

Using the same high-street provider regularly can pose challenges with menu variety and these positive influences of great catering may wane a bit. We can work with you on a regular basis to ensure good variety, we can develop menus that help you to beat the “post-lunch slump” through good nutrition and we can help you to build your team’s morale and productivity so that you have a successful meeting every time.

Not necessarily. If you do then great and if not we can work out a menu that can be fully prepped off-site and doesn’t really require it. Sometimes there is a middle ground where we can be allowed some preparation space on site (in a staff kitchen/canteen that may only have a fridge and a microwave for example) and bring in our own fully safety checked equipment to finish off your menu and serve it. We like to come to your place of work for a site visit whenever possible beforehand and can advise on this with regards to the best approach then.

Yes just let us know when you book that you need it and we can arrange this for you.

Private Events FAQs

This depends a bit on the size and style of the event you are planning. Weddings take a bit more time to plan and we want to make your day one of amazing food as well as memories so book as soon as you can and start getting your menu planned. We recommend 6-12 months. Smaller events can be run on less lead time but a good rule of thumb is around 6-8 weeks. that said, if you have a last minute event and you want some help always give us a call as you never know we may just be able to help.

In short no! We have lots of experience with specific diets from vegetarian to vegan, gluten free and exclusions because of allergies or religious observances. My eldest daughter has some quite specific dietary needs so I have done a lot of reading on the subject and I always try to come up with tasty alternatives that make your guests feel special and in no way “difficult”.

Again this depends. It depends on what you choose to eat and the size of your event. However, we work with all of our clients to ensure they get a menu they love for a price they can afford. When you call you can choose to get a broad idea of our menus by asking for a menu proposal and once you select we can give you a price or you can state your budget and we will provide you with a menu option within that price range. Whichever works best for you.

We can do this for you. Your quote from us will be a food only quote. When you book us we can arrange for staff and tableware to be provided and we usually charge this in addition to the food quote. If you know you need this in advance and you want it included in the quote then let us know and we can give you an all inclusive per head price.
